Much better today. Back to normal really. Cleaned house, did laundry, took care of my home health lady (volunteer several times a day for her). She goes to care home tomorrow. Will really miss her. Lost her husband Jan. 10. So sad. She has a bit of dementia and of course it increased drastically after his death. Too much time alone.

I am going to try to do better about this posting. Spring is better. I am trying to learn just to have just a taste of something instead of eating the whole hog. My struggle is with card night and afternoon and munchies. Monday I was successful, praise God. I am obsessive drinker of coffee which is my favorite thing on this earth. I can be obsessive about eating also but doing better.
