What a great day!! awesome night in the gym last night - really getting back to where I was and feeling great. I have about 1/3 of a 6 pack showing and I am really happy about that progress (LOL). breakfast this morning was really good - Had fresh (fresh frozen) berries on my carbquik waffles - it was a nice treat. I was trying to avoid the syrup - it is sugar free but I am trying to either eat real food or not at all. well my eyes all checked out yesterday even though it took all day for the dilation to wear off. Just grateful that one more system is checked out ok. I am off to work so I hope everyone has an awesome day on their journey.
