Last year I lost 27 pounds. I gained back about half but I stopped gaining and am working my way down again. I just can't get over people saying "what do you think happened that you gained the weight back?" and them arguing with me when I say I stopped exercising and I started overeating on a daily basis. I know they are only working out their own justifications for staying overweight but it is annoying.
I am also annoyed by the exercise estimator on FS. The calorie burn is ridiculously high, like really, I am burning hundreds of calories while I am just sitting at my desk? No, I am not, I assure you.
Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day! Funny coincidence that it is on Hump Day this year!
