Slowly but surely. Its been easier this time then the last. Maybe because this time I have an actual goal. In May I have set my Wedding date. I don't want to be this size in my wedding photos, vain I know but I cant help it. I want those memories to be nice.
I got a ketone meter from keto-mojo and I am in ketosis and it is so exciting to know for sure. Makes me want to work harder to keep this up and keep pushing to get this weight off.
