I must be doing something right, have been losing without issue until last night and that's only because we had company who didn't leave until 9 therefore dinner didn't happen until 9. I know that if I'd eaten earlier in the night my body would have had more time to process the dinner that we did have which was stuffed shells, the boyfriend ate 4 of them but I behaved myself and only ate one and a half., so no change in weight today and when he orders pizza tonight Ill be ordering a chicken cobb salad for myself.
