I hate the scale😡
My weight changes by the hour
I try to avoid weighing but I can’t avoid it. So this morning 185, now I’m 187 so I took a picture lol of my morning to keep track and that’s what I will do from now on 😝😝😝

Buy a mechanical weight scale with a weight adjusting tab much more accurate and make sure It's made of metal. you move the adjusting tab to zero. much more accurate than the battery powered electronic scale, that changes each time you stand on it.

People also forget how much water affects your weight. Usually you are lightest when you get up after having to empty your bladder a few times during the night. But also if you exercise for a long period of time... say a 2 to 3 hour jog or swim... you will also lose a lot of water... I weighyself twice a day... once in the morning and once after I exercise. Also... sodium and sugar intake have a huge effect on the way you get rid of water... in that they make you retain water in the fatty tissue.. in your extremities... hands and feet... lower legs. To get an accurate weight make sure you keep sodium under 1500mg a day and total sugars are around 50g a day for a few daya and you'll get rid of that water and get an accurate look at what you weigh. ;)

You know I think my sodium intake is way higher, I need to cut down on my nuts, specially the Middle East nuts are allllll salty, but I love them😞😞 Thanks

Rememeber your weight will always vary based on how hydrated you are (gallon of water= 8.33 lbs) or how recently you have eaten. That’s why many trainers or coaches say not to get on that scale more than once a week or every other week and to do it at the same time of day each time. I know you said you try not to, but keep all that in mind if you’re going to step on
