Hi everyone, I did very well last night. I did not drink any Diet Coke or eat anything. I did chew a lot of sugar-free gum, which I am not supposed to do, but that's ok for now. The reason you aren't supposed to have any artificial sweeteners is you are on a fast which is a type of body cleanse. Also, my understanding is art sweeteners can increase hunger. Have a great day!
