Hi everyone,
I went back on my fasting. Well almost. Doing 16:8 which sounds hard but it's definitely easier then 20:4 or 24 hour or more. I have to work my way up to that. I can eat at 8:00 am and stop at 4:00 pm. So today was Day 1 and I forgot my lunch that I made especially for it. Also I had my workout this morning at 7 and I felt like I needed to eat something before that so I ate an egg. That breaks the fast.

Yeah, if there are rules involved I am always trying to squirm around them. It's my personality trait I guess - it's a constant battle.
