H ShyGuy... I have done the same thing... I was here around 3 years ago and after losing the weight I wanted to...for my daughters high school graduation I quit following FS ..Huge mistake...Im now conditioning myself to the right way of thinking ...it is a life time choice.
So welcome ... Im glad your back... I was glad I came back too..here is to you beginning your journey again to feeling great:)

Thanks for all of your positive responses, and welcoming comments. Surprisingly, this topic was touched on in church today, so it's definitely the time to return to a better way of eating. :-)

It think my absence was what HCB said ... tired and bored. Christmas is always my green light for eating all the fattening foods in the land. Hibernation is over, buddy ... let's rock and roll!
