weather has been great here.hope it is here to stay.daughter and i were watching a show on obesity a couple nights ago,she weighs 90lbs. maybe soaking wet,but she is interested in health.my hubby came home from work and actually got into it,figured he would change it to oreilly.anyway,he text me last night on his way home that he doesnt want to eat gluten anymore.i figure the show and his health has been on his mind.i have been feeding everyone my low carb diet for about a year but he is on the road alot.i sent him off to work today with the carb counting book my doc gave me last july and his metal detector.he definately needs to move more.so maybe he is ready to jump on my bandwagon.i swear the first time he asks me to go for a walk i will die.skinny daughters 20th birthday fri. ice cream cake.no problem for me cuz i dont like it.hubby goes to canada for a week next week.hope weather is nice and he gets some activity and good food choices.
