Today was weigh in. Ugh. gained a lb. But I am major bloated. I checked my tummy sting and my tummy is like an inch bigger than last week. But I am, as a friend said, full of sh*t. Trying to up the fiber. Maybe next week with using Metamucil daily once more and cutting back on Atkins bars will help.
My blood pressure is still great. And besides needing to potty and feeling bloated, I am feeling well.

Lol... I get that way too. Need to take one of my psylisium tablets...sometimes makes me more bloated...between that & all the water.
