Weekday walk number 48: "the Cross", 2.7 miles in 55 minutes, at 2.9 mph - misting rain in Raleigh and 60 degrees... in January (mercy)!

Noticing and increase in energy and overall speed - guess compressing the three meals in a smaller window AND the breathing exercises AND a solid seven hours of sleep each night is my 'perfect storm' (been doing this for a week now).
