YAY, got my fitbit last night! I also upped my pain meds through my Dr. This flare (complicated by my bursitis and osteo) I've been in has really packed on the pounds which has me a little miffed. I've read that quite a few people have the same problem with high pain equaling weight gain so I'm not alone in that. That's how I gained all the weight before. NOT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN!!

I also found out my scales were off so I didn't realize how bad I was gaining. So reset my scales, taking my meds like a good girl and got my fitbit so I'm pretty much good to go. I just have to get some kind of routine down without adding to my inflammation.

Hey Ruby..I hear ya honey..I'm gaining too cause of change in WOE..Hang in there sweetie...and you will love the fitbit..at first it will make you want to walk your bum off..I still want to get more steps but had a relapse of the knee..doing much better now and hope to get more steps in soon...Take care of you ...HUGS...:O)
