I don't do journaling typically but I'll give it a go.
I'm trying to work on me which is far greater an issue than just my weight. I've gained and lost so many times its hard to think anything will stick. This is the longest I've kept weight off but I've begun to backslide a bit. I'm clawing to get out of this rut. It's tough. Life has hit hard this past few months and I handle life's highs and lows with food. I'm working on that too. I have managed to get some workouts in here and there which has been a goal. Now to workout more regularly and balance out my diet even more.
