So here's my plan: I've lost weight before only to gain it all back. This time my goal is improved health rather than eight loss. Instead of a diet or extreme exercise regimen, I'm targeting behavior that I can reasonably keep up long term. Hopefully, this will work.

Yes I believe a habit of lower calorie food will be a more successful approach than a strict diet that will only have u fail on the long run

Of course the weight will come back that was water gain and starvation loss. Look eat healthy, exercise reg.no extreme's and the weight you lose will be solid, cause that will fat your losing and it won't come back unless you let it. I hope this info was helpful.
