Anyone else have a ‘weigh in routine’??? I strip everything off,including my watch, n even then,only after a ‘constitutional’ ☺️...sorry if that’s too much information 🤨

For me I check my weight once a week same day in the morning about the same time.As you can be lighter in the morning and my weight came off slowly 0-5 kg a week some week no but keep going and seen the results from the start and 16 weeks later if you have good diet.

Yeah I weigh in the mornings with underwear and a top on.

one more thing don't be disappointed if some weeks you loose no weight it counts at the end of your goal.I lost weight and hit a wall lost none in 6 weeks. but after that I started again 0-5kg a week so time paid in the long run.

That pretty much sums up my routine, Jim. I do weigh daily but I don't get hung up over small upwards fluctuations.

I started stripping,to weigh,once and then I suddenly remembered I was in Tescos,..manager said”We’ll just allow 2lbs for your clothing” 😂
