A 6 month update if you will:
Start weight 112.2kg. Current weight 95.9kg. Total loss so far 16.3kg/2stone 9. One dress size dropped.
What I've been doing so far:
* Cut sugar in coffee from 2.5 teaspoons to 0.5 teaspoons.
* Started using an exercise bike. Tip - turn the heating up, sweat more.
* Eating veg based meals.
* Cut out a lot of butter, mayo, bread, potatoes and pasta.
* Measuring oil use.
* Cut weekly consumption of chocolate by half.
* Count calories!!! Plan ahead everything, find out how many calories in a drink or food before consumption. Find out what the healthiest thing on the menu is before eating.
* Allow a weekly treat day, a day for a pizza or chips or cheesecake.
This year I'll be exercising more. Using spray bottles to decant oil into for less calories. Being more careful when eating out. Trying new recipes.
