I’m not sure how they figure “performance” in this app. It shows that I am GAINING 4.9 lbs a week (outrageous!) but I have LOST more than 21 lbs since April!

Maybe it’s because I record when my weight goes up as well as down.

All I know is that I had to buy new underpants —2 sizes smaller, thanks to what I’ve lost so far. Now, I think that is positive proof I am losing not gaining 😁
