Think driving down yesterday (9.0 hours) did me in - I feel SO bloated. Usually, I just drink when I'm thirsty; but, when your day starts at 0500 hrs and ends at 2030 hrs... caffeine is your friend!

What a long day and a long drive. I rarely drink coffee but always take a diet pepsi when I am driving somewhere.

Coffee!!!!! I don't know what I would do if I had to do a long hall.. hmm.. I used to always turn to a mix of caffine sour and crunchy to stay awake especially if I was tired.

We live most of the time in a motorhome, long hauls lots of caffine!
