Getting ever so close to my goal weight. Not sure what to do when I hit it.

Taking a vegetarian cooking course with Chef Monique. Just looking for new ways to cook vegetables that fit in with my lifestyle choice. I'll probably post some recipes. Learned that you almost have to get good quality vegetables; supermarkets just won't do. Most cities have an area where you can find them and they are mostly locally owned shops.

Some of the foods we have been churning out have been quite spectacular for sure.
