I appreciate this site so much and my friends and FS Family With the help of all of you I have achieved strength, weight loss and a respect for what we are all going through! Today is weigh in day and I am soooooo delighted to be 40 pounds lighter! My fasting blood sugar remains at 74, after supper 81 took myself off metformin two weeks ago! For All you diabetics good news there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Kill the Carbs!
