I had to rush this morning, woke up late after 4 hours of sleep. We came home super late after playing the concert - which went well.
I feel that I'm much heavier today, but I don't really know - I forgot to weigh myself amongst the panic of making it to the train on time. Maybe it's a good thing. :-)
Today will be spending making reasonable food choices, hanging out in Copenhagen with Wife.
Life is good!
