Trying to lower my calorie intake today - I was doing so well last week and suddenly I'm back up a couple lbs...not the end of the world, but I haven't changed my routine much so I'm not sure why I've got back up.

Keep trying to remind myself that it's not about the weight loss it's about developing healthy habits that will last forever. BUT, the added bonus of shedding some weight would be REALLY NICE, gotta say.

On the up shot, I feel strong and healthy - and that feeling is addicting in a great way!

Annnnndddd....the wheels came off...went to Community Kitchen Pizza for dinner....there goes low cal count for the day.
