was very afraid to record weight.knowing i had not been exercising and made a few bad food choices.some how i still lost 4lbs. from the last time i peaked at the scale.kinda incourages me to straighten up.get back to basics like recording food and exercising.i know what to do.why wont i just do it? i have a doc appointment in a couple weeks would love to see 170lbs. on their scale.no more cheating myself(especially exercise)no more excuses.
