Doing ok lately. While my eating habits still aren't as clean as I'd like them to be, I am reigning the bad habits in, little by little. I've done a couple of quick workouts in the last few days, and I'm about to do one right now. I'm off work until next Tuesday so I'm going to have a lot of time to exercise and to think about my future plans. I'll be house/dog-sitting while on vacation, and I'm taking the opportunity to fill the fridge with healthy snacks and meal ingredients. Probably lots of chicken and salmon for dinner, and fruit to satisfy my sweet tooth and cool me off as we get some warm weather in SoCal. I will also, of course, be sleeping more and lounging by the pool, so hopefully the decrease in stress will have a positive effect (less stress cravings!!). Here's to a healthy week ahead!
