Do I need to call rotor rooter? Lol No appitite so maybe it's because I'm not eating enough? Help!

I feel for you - I have the same problem a lot. I can't keep up my recommended calorie intake. I have most trouble with getting enough protein. Especially if I eat a lot of fiber and drink water, I can easily go into fasting mode but then I know I'm not getting enough daily nutrients! I'm wondering if the lack of appetite is normal for this way of eating? Maybe if we're not hungry we don't NEED to eat? Are you still feeling healthy?

Thanks Geo I feel healthy losts of energy, puzzled if something doesnt happen I'll get checked out tomorrow. I drink 8-10 glasses of water every day eating green leafy veggies everyday,
