Another unexpected drop today (not that I am complaining). Overall I am doing well – keeping pretty busy with work. Debating about what I am going to do for breakfasts next week when I am on the road for work. I *think* I should stick to my protein shakes – but that will mean I will need to check my bags at the airport instead of do carry on which is not only a pain but expensive. Guess I will decide over the weekend.
