Had a slower paced day today. I felt a little pooped last night. So I still did my 3 miles but it took me 56 minutes at a more relaxing pace. The weight seems to be melting off though. 3.5 pounds in a week is way more than I expected. I know it wont always be this way but I am definitely going to enjoy the pride of it all! Wont be long and I will be into my stash of clothes that I was wearing before I got pregnant with Jesiah. Happy Dance!!!

wOOT! I need to definitely walk too! 3 miles is amazing, I barely walk for 3 minutes LOL

I walk on a treadmill. There is no way with as much as my husband has to work and all my kids that I could do it any other way. Also I live out in the country on gravel. But not for long anyhow. In 4-6 weeks we will be moving in town though thank goodness. Every morning I get up and put my older 3 kids on the bus. Then I exercise for an hour or more and shortly after the other two wake up.
