wow I wanna see the BAT Mobile and try the fatal vision goggles sounds like quite the wild ride...lol So this intermittent fasting thing - I've started not eating breakfast but having my MCT oil in the morning and my tea, what fluids exactly can you have and still considered to be fasting?

That sounds like a good plan! As for the exhibit, I'd love to see that, sounds pretty interesting. @Tbaygirl, for fasting, coffee, unsweet teas, and water are about it... Some will also say you can have bone broth, but that's typically for longer fasts. 

OK big getting slim, you are allowed yesterday two consecutive days for moments of weakness. If you stay strong today, I got a gold star waiting for you. @Cranky, I just dropped $32 at at the supermarket on 3 items I swiped from your snack log ((Success leaves clues))

@Tbaygirl - B.A.T. is Blood Alcohol Testing and while I fast I do have my Diet Dr. Pepper and coffee! @Crankybuzzard - the seatbelt ride has a cop asking if you have any back issues (apparently, its intense) @Chesgreen - I stepped away from the fairgrounds with an empty Diet Dr. Pepper cup (today IS a success) @Xappie - we still got swag-galore... and its pretty fun, I must say. 

State Fair? I love them!
