I am really tired today and I have no idea why. I thought I slept well but I guess I didn't after all. I still worked out but no where near as hard as I usually do. I hope that I am not getting sick. I have no time to be sick. For me there just isn't enough hours in a day. Oh well off I go to clean something.

I always need more hours in a day. Have you ever heard of Sole? It helps me keep healthy and from getting sick, also aids in hydration and is a great addition to a ketogenic lifestyle.
