News for today; My health and food metrics are all on track, avoided a weigh in for the third day (for the right reason) and completed a 8K (5 mile) jog in 49 minutes. Tomorrow it's a 18 mile walk when we hope to spot an Osprey en route. Chillaxing now with a large well deserved glass of wine
