Off to a fair start, a few cheats on Friday and Sunday, but no biggie. I am back at it again this morning and feeling really calm, energized, and not having much by the way of cravings. Eating walnuts, green tea, raspberries, and veggies at my desk. I think hubby is getting serious enough to join me...carbs are his master, and I think he really wants out of that cycle. I am wondering if this will clear up his sinus issues. I think 5 lbs a week for the first few months would sure be fantastic. Mothers Day race in just over a month, and I want to be ready. Or, at least, mostly ready. Once again, I am very amazed at how easy this diet is AFTER you get started. Lamb tonight...need to start getting creative. I did order the cook book but need to order the quick & easy cook book.
