Would it be weird to say it's nice to see someone else here with my (six foot lady) body type and similar goals? I was once over 350 (yikes!) it has been a LONG road, and feels a little weird to be nearing the home stretch...

@anonymous no not weird at all wow you have come long way baby congrats:) I'm a big build so it takes a lot of weight before it starts being limiting for my activity makes it hard to get motivated to get down to a healthy weight but my knees are going and if I want to stay active I really need to get this extra weight off
