At least I've gotten below where I was before this last spike. I'm pretty sure the reason my average lb/day is slowly falling is I haven't gotten back to amount of exercise I was at before that week when one therapist was on vacation & the Physical Therapy room had limited hours. Also wondering if the recumbent elliptical/stepper is actually decreasing the number of calories I burn exercising because using it halves the amount of time I have for weight training.

I really believe that the total sum of 72.2 over 109 days is incredible. Sure beats what was going on before Keto. I think 2/3 of a lb daily is VERY RESPECTABLE! I commend you. When the numbers are a little wonkie...Look at the big picture...you are really kicking It!!!!

Thanks. I commented a couple days ago on a journal posting in which the member felt she was having issues with weighting herself too much. I said look at the big picture. I try to weigh myself fairly often and not get worked up about it because the only thing that matter in the overall average and consistency. Now is certainly the time when I have to listen to that. I hope I can get back on that nice curve downward. Lowering my caloric intake does not seem to be helping, and seems only to hinder daily muscle recovery. It seems as if I was doing better with a steady stream of low-carb food with more exercise. Anyway, thanks again and keep up with your own great work and results!
