It's been a good day, as well as some domestic duties I ran five cross country miles in 50 mins and 30S my best yet and my calorie intake today of 1585 cals is the lowest for a while. We have also 2 people viewing our house in the next few days - But there is a large pile of shortcake in a tin in the kitchen - I have had once slice earlier but feel that as I have been so good I deserve 3 or 4 more slices. I am lunching with my Mum tomorrow so banking a few calories today is critical. Therefore I am retiring to bed at 8:45 with my iPad and Netflix.
