Those are still guestimates, I'm thinking 12 net carbs and 25 w/fiber. I'm going up to 10-15 net carbs, which means the "gross" carbs (net carbs + fiber could be 2x to 4x higher than my past average. The last little spurt of losses has been with a little more carbs. If I keep losing at 50-60% of a pound a day, I'll probably only go for crazy low numbers occasionally. I'll get less attention, but I've got to at least try. I had a low-carb tortilla (4 net carbs) yesterday filled with juicy fried chicken (peeled), cheese, & taco sauce. I about cried. I haven't had a burrito or wrap in a year. Missed the texture. It tasted better than Taco Bell, so that will never be a temptation again. I'll write about the actual products if I keep loosing at a good rate. Thank for your gracious compliments & support! You've got a nice, steady graph downward yourself. Good for you!
