I ordered on amazon the Ketostix since there are not available in any pharmacy here. I hope it won't take 3 months to deliver it!
My morning walks are becoming a bit of a challenge but once in the office I feel ok.
One thing that really bothers me is the lack of sleep, I guess because of my high levels of cortisol. However, my anxiety is basically all gone...

Haha, for three months I'd expect them to be shipping from China! :P Sounds like at least you're not stressed, then. :) Hope you figure out something that will help you sleep better soon!
