Evening reflections: I know that my calorie count is pretty low but I feel I could have done better. I didn't need some of the extras I had today and I could have made better choices in ref. to the fat content. Tomorrow will be better, and if my weight is the same or even goes up I will be OK with it...for tomorrow. I need to plan and prepare meals ahead of time so I am not scrounging around for whatever I can lay my hands on.
