Down a bit and doing well. I managed to run the complete 5k at 5.7mph today at a 2.5 incline. My workout buddy is thinking about signing up for a personal trainer and I am thinking about joining her (we get a bit of a discount if we have shared sessions). The gym will give me one ‘free’ session – I figure I might start with that and see how it goes.
