Hey - it was nice to hear about your evening and that you got yesterday morning over with. Tough - but you made it and had a nice evening. As far as changes - reducing my weight lifting to two days a week - the rest, being cardio and abs, with some legs and body weight exercises in there too. The diet - while I am still exploring the blood type diet - right now I am going to try to fill myself with veggies and fruit throughout the day. See how it goes. Have a great Sunday!
