Well I'm pretty happy with myself, have been very consistent in staying under my RDI and have logged all my food. Also, I finally got my ass off the couch and to the pool, first time in probably 2 weeks and actually pushed myself a bit this time front crawl for 30 minutes 17 laps - didn't break any speed records that for sure...lol
Been seeing a lot of references to keto, it seems similar to Atkins, lots of info online, can anyone recommend a good website or resource for a newbee to read up on the process.

I'm "just doing keto as an experiment" but it's making more sense as I keep logging everything I eat. Lots of lovely role models here!

Hey Miracullum, yes I agree I still mess up once in awhile and refer to my diet, but I think after all these years it needs to be a life plan or its just going to mean continuing on with the yoyo cycle I've been on with my weight since my 30's. T8U9 I could not agree more amazing roll models here:)
