Well, I did the spiking day -- 5,000 calories. Holy geez that was so much harder to get to than I thought it would be. I finished up at 4,400, and I couldn't do more than that. I'm definitely going to change it up this week.

I calculate that my daily RDI should be 2,195, so with the spiking day it was supposed to be 1,700 daily with 5,165 on Saturday. That's crazy. I think I'm going to alter that formula a bit this week to be 1,895 daily with 3,995 on Saturday. The same total calories for the week, but more manageable, I think. I'll have to see how this ratio works.

I've been doing more exercise, too. Yesterday, I climbed around with the kids on the playground quite a bit. It was a blast. And I was really huffing for a bit.
