have been struggling with weight loss this last couple of weeks. it's annoying as I have also started to run so you would imagine the loss would be easier. have only been having between 800 and 1200 calories and I'm just yo-yoing. off camping until Monday night and my food intake will go right out the window so goodness knows what I'll be when I weigh in on Tuesday. fingers crossed it won't be too much.

I'd suspect if you're running your body needs more and if you aren't eating enough it will hold onto calories for survival Try upping to 1200 cal and see if it makes a difference xx

Those are wise words Gouldilocks, that is exactly what happened to me, l was not increasing my food intake to help repair my body after exercise.
