1. Need to watch more closely any proteins that have built-in carbs: egg dishes, hot dogs, bologna, salisbury steak, etc. Sometimes there just isn't anything else to eat here.

2. Need to try not have any Carbquik concoctions until at least after lunch in order to make sure the proteins the facility serves don't have too many built-in carbs. Try harder to get a protein snack for late night.
