Hi Everyone, Not really surprised my weight is up, even though I did a good job exercising. It doesn't take much flour to throw you out of Ketosis. UGH! My blood sugar is back to normal and I feel on track. I didn't feel like fasting yesterday.
I need to drink water and take a walk today!

Just re-purpose yourself to what you know you should do... log your food, stay a little more active each day, and (hardest part for me, anyway) forgive yourself cause life happens to all of us.
