Wednesday: Down a good bit today. Slept fitfull but slept in again, thanks to the night shift schedule. Diet going well.I really believe that the slow carbs that I have with every meal are helping keep the crave monster at bay.. Tons to do today at work and then home early as I need to go in early tomorrow. Interview tomorrow also.
