I am really trying to stay positive today even though the scale hasn't moved in over a week. I know that since my monthly cycle is currently here I am probably retaining water weight but still, I'd like to see a lower number one morning.

On the good side, my belt fits better, I feel healthy and at peace with my choices.

I just have to make it through the rain to get to that rainbow. :)
