weight 189, blood sugar 123. I got through a weekend without raising blood sugar or over eating.
Yesterday's blood sugar was 96, and day before 121. Still taking only half a glipizide at night.
Trying to cut down so much milk consumption but drinking nut milk in place of it in my coffee isn't a good solution. Tastes silkier but it's basically fat though it is low cal.
