i've noticed I've been eating smaller portions. maybe that has contributed to my weigh in at 163.8 this morning. Love seeing that number! hope its not a random fluke. guess I'll find out tomorrow.
I signed up for a bettyrocker 30 day fitness group (blogger). everyday for 30 days participants are sent a 15 minute video. program includes HIIT, pilates, yoga.so, that starts today.
