have spent most of the evening cooking butternut squash curry and boxing up to freeze. I'm going to do the same tomorrow with a chilli. I know that I need to be organised so as not to eat all the wrong things. went out for a meal with my daughter today and managed to make some 'better' choices - including not having a pudding! have still eaten well today though so it will be interesting what the scales have to say in the morning.
